Clinical Research and Development
Role: Senior Director, Pharmacometrics leading model-informed drug development for targeted oncology therapeutics, including ADCs and radioligands. Responsibilities: develop and implement quantitative strategies across clinical programs; lead PK, PK/PD, exposure-response, and simulation analyses; collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate pharmacometrics into development plans; author and review regulatory submissions and modeling documentation; manage external vendors; mentor team members; communicate complex modeling results to stakeholders.
