Senior Director, Pharmacokinetics

Role: Senior Director providing scientific, operational, and leadership oversight to PDMB bioanalytical activities supporting discovery programs across biologics, small molecules, conjugates, and emerging modalities. Responsibilities: develop and execute bioanalytical strategies ensuring high-quality, compliant data to guide molecular design, candidate selection, translational insights, and regulatory readiness; lead and develop bioanalytical teams; optimize workflows through automation and innovation; represent PDMB in cross-functional discovery and development teams; build collaborative partnerships internally and externally; review scientific and regulatory documents; foster a culture of scientific rigor, operational excellence, and inclusion. Requirements: Master's (15+ years) or Ph.D. (12+ years) in pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutical sciences, or related fields; extensive experience in bioanalytical assay development, validation, and data interpretation for biologics and small molecules; proven leadership in cross-functional teams, program portfolio management, and people development; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
