Role: Senior Director leading PK/PD and bioanalytical activities for protein therapeutics in discovery through FIH stages, focusing on biologics such as bispecific antibodies, ADCs, and fusion proteins in immunology and oncology. Responsibilities: oversee study design/interpretation of pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and ADME; mentor a team of scientists supporting drug optimization and bioanalytics; lead in vitro/in vivo studies to elucidate drug disposition, efficacy, and safety; collaborate cross-functionally with discovery, nonclinical safety, and translational teams across multiple locations. Requirements: Ph.D. in biochemistry, pharmacology, or related STEM with 7+ yearsβ industrial or academic experience; proven leadership in protein therapeutic discovery, bioanalytical expertise, and knowledge of FcRn biology, TMDD, and immunogenicity. Preferred: hands-on experience with translational PK/PD modeling, ligand binding assays, and biologics within immunology/oncology portfolios from early discovery through IND. High-Value: biologics, immunology and oncology, biologics modalities (bispecifics, ADCs), early to late discovery, cross-functional collaboration, global strategy, on-site in Boston with 10% travel.
