Senior Director or Vice President, Product

Role: Senior Product Lead responsible for defining and executing the product strategy across key drug development domains such as asset evaluation, clinical trial design, and regulatory intelligence. Main objectives include integrating AI to accelerate decision-making, developing systems for domain experts, and collaborating closely with clinical, regulatory, and business teams. Responsibilities: own product vision, drive AI adoption, lead cross-functional teams of engineers and data scientists, translate domain challenges into technological solutions, and ensure products comply with GxP and data governance standards. Qualifications: 10+ years in tech delivery with proven product or tech strategy leadership, experience in biotech/pharma, and understanding of drug development processes and regulatory constraints. Skills in AI/ML evaluation, technical engagement, and business fluency in clinical and regulatory contexts are essential. Preferred: experience deploying AI in regulated environments, managing multidisciplinary teams, and working in early-stage or transformative settings. The role emphasizes strategic impact on clinical outcomes and process efficiencies, with a focus on predictive models, AI workflows, and analytical platforms. Location: Hybrid, primarily in NYC or Boston, with consideration for NC or SF candidates willing to relocate. Compensation ranges from $270K to $467K based on seniority, complemented by equity and benefits.
