Senior Director, Oncology Pharmacology

Role: Lead and manage the oncology pharmacology team from discovery through regulatory approval, overseeing efficacy, mechanism of action, biomarker development, and differentiation of Jazz's oncology assets. Responsibilities include designing and executing preclinical studies across diverse modalities (small molecules, biologics, cell therapies), collaborating with cross-functional teams (clinical development, toxicology, regulatory), reviewing protocols and reports, and contributing to IND/NDA submissions. Serve as a program lead and mentor junior scientists, providing scientific guidance and leadership. Requirements: Ph.D. in biology, biochemistry, immunology, pharmacology, or related field; extensive experience in oncology drug discovery, immuno-oncology, and multiple drug modalities; proven leadership in preclinical pharmacology, study design, CRO management, and regulatory document preparation.
