Senior Director, Oncology Pharmacology

Role: Lead and manage the oncology pharmacology team from discovery through regulatory approval, overseeing preclinical efficacy, mechanism of action, and biomarker studies across multiple therapeutic modalities. Responsibilities: design and execute experiments, review and contribute to regulatory documents, collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Development, Toxicology, and Biomarkers; serve as a program lead and mentor junior scientists. Requirements: Ph.D. in biology, biochemistry, immunology, pharmacology, or related field; extensive industry experience in oncology drug development, particularly immuno-oncology, with familiarity across small molecules, biologics, ADCs, cell and gene therapies; proven leadership in early oncology programs, managing CROs, and authoring IND/NDA submissions.
