Senior Director, Oncology Pharmacology

Role: Lead oncology pharmacology scientific team from discovery through regulatory approval, managing both team and program responsibilities. Responsibilities: establish efficacy in disease models, demonstrate differentiation, elucidate mechanisms of action, identify biomarkers, support research and development, design and review experimental protocols, author technical and regulatory documents, collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Bioanalytical, Toxicology, and Regulatory teams, and mentor junior scientists. Requirements: Ph.D. in biology, biochemistry, immunology, pharmacology, or related discipline; extensive industry experience evaluating drug candidates in oncology, with expertise in immuno-oncology, diverse modalities (small molecules, biologics, cell/gene therapies), and nonclinical modeling. Preferred: leadership experience in early oncology programs, strong project management skills, and familiarity with regulatory submissions (IND/NDA/BLA).
