Role Summary
Senior Director, Oncology (MPN) HCP Lead. Lead brand and disease-area strategy for myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), driving executional excellence and accelerating patient adoption across channels. Manages a team and collaborates cross-functionally to translate insights into strategies that drive new patient starts and long-term franchise growth.
Responsibilities
- Development and execution of U.S. brand and disease-area strategy (PV, MF, Jakafi XR)
- Translate insights from market research, field teams, and external experts into competitive and actionable strategies
- Lead cross-functional launch and competitive readiness efforts, ensuring alignment across functions (e.g., Sales Training, Market Access, Global Product Strategy)
- Shape the external narrative by developing HCP campaigns and speaker programs that address barriers and accelerate new patient starts
- Integrate evolving clinical and real-world evidence into messaging platforms
- Collaborate across U.S. and global functions (e.g., Global Product Strategy, Business Operations, Training) to ensure alignment and executional excellence
- Agency management to develop and implement promotional programs and materials
- Drive executional excellence by measuring impact, optimizing spend, and ensuring timely pull-through of strategy across channels
- Development and maintenance of strong relationships with Sales and other key functional areas including Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal
- Ensure all activities comply with regulations, guidelines, and company policies
- May have responsibility to manage other marketing professionals
Qualifications
- Experience leading brand and disease-area strategy in oncology or hematology markets
- Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies and campaigns
- Experience managing cross-functional launches and promotional programs
- Strong ability to collaborate with Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal
- Demonstrated track record of driving patient access and franchise growth
