Senior Director, Oncology Forecasting

Role: Senior Director, Oncology Forecasting, leading Takeda Oncology's global portfolio forecasting across marketed products, launches, pipeline assets, and lifecycle opportunities. Responsibilities: develop forecasting standards, oversee long-term portfolio outlook, influence strategic decision-making, assess risks and opportunities, and lead a high-performing analytics team. Act as strategic partner to global and US oncology leadership, translating forecast insights into business actions, and presenting to senior executives. Innovate forecasting methodologies by integrating data sources like epidemiology, market research, and healthcare analytics, while advancing digital and AI tools. Qualifications: 12+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare, extensive experience supporting commercial products, with a strong background in forecasting, market analysis, and strategic planning. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. Deep understanding of pharmaceutical data, patient-based modeling, and launch forecast frameworks. Leadership skills in managing global teams and influencing across complex matrix organizations. High-value biopharma specifics: oncology experience preferred, supporting launch brands, lifecycle, and pipeline assets, with a focus on global markets and strategic portfolio management. Work setup: based in Boston, MA, full-time, exempt position.
