Senior Director Oncology Biostatistics

Role: Senior Director of Oncology Biostatistics, leading biostatistics functions within therapeutic areas at Bristol Myers Squibb. Responsibilities: oversee study design, analysis, and strategic input for clinical development and regulatory submissions; manage statisticians and resources; ensure compliance with processes, standards, and regulatory requirements; contribute to global regulatory interactions, process improvements, SOP development, and cross-functional collaborations. Requirements: PhD or MS in statistics, biostatistics, or related field, with 12+ years of experience in clinical trials and drug development; proficiency in SAS, R, or Python; strong communication and leadership skills; extensive experience with regulatory agencies and global clinical programs. Preferred: experience in oncology, biologics, or cell therapy; demonstrated management experience (5+ years preferred).
