Role: Senior Director of Trade and Channel Management responsible for designing and optimizing the U.S. distribution network to ensure patient access and maximize commercial value, supporting the launch of oncology products. Responsibilities: develop long-term distribution strategy, manage relationships with specialty pharmacies, wholesalers, and 3PLs, oversee channel performance metrics, lead contract negotiations, and drive process improvements, systems modernization, and automation initiatives. Also responsible for forecasting, financial governance within Gross-to-Net (GTN), demand planning, and supply chain analytics. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Market Access, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to align trade strategies with corporate goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced healthcare/logistics degree preferred. Over 15 years of leadership in pharmaceutical trade/distribution, with specific experience in oral oncology and working with specialty pharmacies, large healthcare providers, and 3PLs. Proven success in product launch trade strategies, high-stakes negotiations, and managing performance across vendors. Knowledge of federal/state legislation and relevant trade tech is essential. Experience in oncology, particularly oral therapies, and familiarity with complex customer segments such as GPOs and IDNs is required. Travel approximately 20%; based in Boston or San Francisco. Compensation: $270,000β$300,000 base plus equity, bonus, and benefits.
