Senior Director of Software Engineering

Role: Senior Director of Software Engineering leading a globally distributed team across US, India, and Poland, focusing on scalable, AI-enabled software solutions for healthcare applications. Responsibilities: define and execute AI-first engineering strategy, establish technical standards and architecture principles, oversee full software development lifecycle, and drive adoption of cloud-native, DevSecOps, automation, and quality practices. Collaborate closely with Product Management, clinical, quality, security, regulatory, and business stakeholders to translate customer needs into technical outcomes, influence product roadmaps, and ensure software compliance and operational excellence. Develop engineering leadership by hiring, mentoring, and building a consistent global operating model. Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; 10+ years in software engineering with experience in distributed systems, cloud services, and scalable architectures; proficiency in object-oriented programming (C++, Java or similar); extensive leadership experience leading global teams; strong collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
