Role Description:
The Senior Director for FP&A leads all FP&A activities within GMS (Global Manufacturing and Supply) and generates insights for Plant Network Strategy and Zoetis Capital spend. Owns and drives the Global GMS financial planning calendar, setting monthly deliverable expectations and forecast/budget submission timelines across Zoetis manufacturing sites and supply functions. Reports to the SVP Finance GMS.

Responsibilities:
- FP&A for Month End: review executive summaries; assist with performance management; establish KPIs and scorecards.
- Budget/Forecast: lead annual budget process; manage annual standard setting; guide plants with reconciliation and analysis; lead standard cost memo process.
- Financial Performance, Control and Guidance: ensure compliance with corporate policies/internal controls; lead FP&A outputs (results, forecasts, business cases); identify financial risks/opportunities; provide scenario modeling and analytics.
- Stakeholder Management: primary business partner to SVP Finance GMS; communicate results (YOY, budget/forecast, monthly performance); lead GMS ZTD projects; align cost changes with operational goals.
- Guidance: own end-to-end planning cycle and FP&A calendar; communicate finance initiatives/policies; ensure procedures adherence.
- Enhancements: drive process improvements and FP&A transformation incl. AI; create KPIs/dashboards; manage ad hoc leadership requests.
- Capital & Plant Network Strategy: finance business partner for Plant Network Strategy/Capital projects; ROI analysis; lead capital review and capex spend actuals/forecast.
- Team Leadership: lead a team of 6.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (required); MBA/Masters preferred; professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA).
- 15+ years relevant finance/manufacturing finance with increasing responsibility; strong manufacturing P&L, FP&A reporting, business partnering, complex modeling; proven change/process improvement leadership; senior executive presentation experience.

Skills/Assets:
- Strong analytical and executive communication; mature judgment; organization and ability to meet deadlines.
- SAP S/4HANA (benefit), OneStream (plus), Power BI (interest); inventory/cost accounting/manufacturing cost center reporting (asset); US GAAP; SOX-controlled environments (exposure).
