Role: Senior Director, Clinical Science – Lung, providing strategic scientific leadership across lung cancer development programs. Responsibilities include shaping disease area strategy, supporting study planning, data interpretation, and promoting standardization of clinical science practices within the lung portfolio. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Biostatistics, Data Management, and Medical Affairs, along with leadership of Clinical Science teams. Key tasks encompass guiding clinical data review, advancing scientific insights, and contributing to governance discussions. Qualifications: PhD or PharmD with at least 7 years (or Master’s with 12+ years) of lung oncology drug development experience, deep knowledge of lung cancer biology, treatment landscape, and clinical endpoints. Experience in oncology clinical development, portfolio strategy, regulatory interactions, and people leadership is essential. High-Value: Expertise in lung cancer, biologics or small molecules, clinical studies from Ph1-3, and cross-functional leadership in a matrix environment. Work setup: hybrid, with travel up to 25%.
