Leadership duties encompass managing and mentoring Clinical Scientists, fostering scientific excellence, and driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, including adoption of advanced analytics and technologies. Qualifications include an advanced degree (PhD or PharmD) with at least 7 years of lung oncology drug development experience or a Masterβs with 12+ years, demonstrating deep therapeutic expertise, clinical trial design competence, and leadership in matrix environments. The role requires significant experience in oncology development, regulatory contributions, and cross-functional collaboration, with strong communication and strategic judgment skills. The role is hybrid, with 0-25% travel.
