Role: Senior Director, Clinical Science – Hematology, providing strategic leadership across hematologic cancer programs. Responsibilities: shape disease area strategy, support study planning, data interpretation, and scientific standards; standardize Clinical Science practices; lead cross-functional collaborations; mentor scientific staff; contribute to portfolio and governance reviews; ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Requirements: PhD or PharmD + 7+ years (or Master’s + 12+ years) in hematology drug development; deep expertise in hematologic cancers, clinical trial design, and oncology data; experience leading multi-study programs; strong cross-functional and leadership skills.
