Role: Senior Director, Clinical Science – Hematology; provides strategic leadership across hematology studies, programs, and assets. Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Data Management, and Medical Affairs; may manage and develop clinical scientists. Ensures scientific consistency and promotes innovative approaches like AI-enabled workflows. Contributes to portfolio discussions, governance, and development of clinical strategies aligned with regulatory and scientific standards. Qualifications: PhD/PharmD with 7+ years or Master’s with 12+ years in hematology drug development; deep expertise in hematologic cancers, clinical trial design, and oncology data interpretation. Experience in leading clinical science across multiple assets, contributing to regulatory submissions, and working in matrix teams. Travel: 0-25%.
