Qualifications require an advanced degree (PhD, PharmD) with at least 7 years in hematology/oncology drug development or a Masterβs with 12+ years of relevant experience. Deep expertise in hematologic cancers, clinical trial design, and cross-functional leadership are essential. The position involves 0-25% travel, operates on a hybrid work model, and focuses on biologics or small molecules in mid to late-stage development (Ph1-3).
