Responsibilities:
- Shape commercial strategy by leading primary/secondary market research, forecasting, competitive intelligence, business intelligence, and advanced analytics.
- Represent Commercial on program teams; embed customer needs, market realities, and competitive dynamics into target product profiles, development plans, and lifecycle strategies.
- Lead market-driven opportunity assessments for new indications and business development (treatment paradigms, unmet needs, competitive landscapes, positioning, value propositions) and translate insights into recommendations.
- Act as a trusted thought partner to brand teams and cross-functional leaders to frame and answer critical business questions.
- Partner with HEOR and Insights & Analytics to leverage 3rd-party data assets, innovative analytics, and advanced modeling for go-to-market planning.
- Review, refine, and evolve pipeline forecast models to improve accuracy and clarify long-term value drivers and commercial risk.
- Support U.S. and ex-U.S. commercialization efforts with forecasting and insights.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS required; MS or MBA preferred.
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech data analysis, decision support, market research, and forecasting (consulting or in-house).
- Experience leading launch strategy, cross-functional initiatives, advanced analytics/market research, vendor management, and complex market assessment/forecast model development.
- Strong written/verbal/presentation skills; travel ~20%.
