Role: Senior Director, Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team leadership, providing strategic guidance and performance management of MSLs to enhance scientific and clinical engagement. Responsibilities: develop and execute regional medical strategies, coach and develop MSL team, foster cross-functional partnerships, oversee medical congress activities, and ensure operational compliance and quality within GxP and regulatory frameworks. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, minimum 3 years of leadership experience, at least 5 years of industry or clinical medical experience; advanced degrees like PharmD, MD, or PhD preferred. High-value: field-based US role, up to 75% travel, focused on medical/scientific engagement within a therapeutic area, with an emphasis on building relationships with external Medical and Scientific Experts.
