Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with SPC Strategy and Customer Engagement Transformation to refine the vision and strategic direction for how media, customer intelligence, and emerging technologies transform Specialty Care engagement, with a view to scaling to other business units.
- Architect and evolve the strategic partner ecosystem for next-generation media and engagement capabilities, including leading RFP strategy and execution to identify/select agency and technology partners.
- Establish and orchestrate strategic partnerships and develop/evolve a multi-year roadmap to advance engagement capabilities and organizational adoption.
- Partner with Digital, Analytics, and GTMC to shape how customer intelligence, data infrastructure, and emerging technologies enable intelligent and adaptive engagement strategies.
- Integrate insights across the customer ecosystem (marketing engagement, patient services, digital behavior, commercial data) to inform precise, insight-driven media strategies.
- Guide how commercial teams plan, activate, and optimize media and engagement strategies as new capabilities/technologies are introduced.
- Build cross-team alignment (commercial, medical, analytics, Digital, GTMC) to support adoption of new engagement approaches, including evidence/content generation and AI engagement tools.
- Create performance intelligence connecting engagement activities to meaningful commercial and customer outcomes for continuous learning/optimization.
Qualifications:
- 12+ yearsโ experience in media strategy, digital engagement, commercial innovation, data-driven marketing, or large-scale capability transformation in healthcare or related industries.
- Bachelorโs degree required; Masterโs preferred.
- Deep understanding of evolving media/marketing ecosystems (data-driven engagement, analytics, emerging technologies).
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations.
- Ability to translate data/AI/technology capabilities into practical engagement strategies.
- Experience working with agency, platform, and technology partner ecosystems.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence organizational change; influence senior stakeholders.
