Senior Director, Mavacamten Medical Product Lead

Role: Senior Director, Mavacamten Medical Product Lead, responsible for developing and executing global and US medical strategies for Mavacamten (Camzyos) across hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) indications, including obstructive and non-obstructive forms. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional Asset/Indication Medical Strategy teams, providing scientific leadership to drive evidence generation, external engagement, scientific dissemination, and lifecycle management, and ensuring alignment with cardiovascular strategy. The role involves collaboration with discovery, clinical research, regulatory, and commercialization teams, and representing scientific leadership at international cardiology forums. Qualifications: MD, PharmD, or PhD with 8+ years in pharma/biotech, with deep expertise in cardiovascular medicine, especially cardiomyopathy, HCM, or related areas. Strong experience in global medical affairs, evidence generation, KOL engagement, and strategic planning required. High-value: focusing on HCM, myosin inhibition mechanism, cardiovascular therapeutic area, lifecycle management, global medical strategy, and engagement with leading cardiologists.
