Role: Senior Director, Marketing & Launch Lead for Pegtibatinase in classical homocystinuria (HCU), responsible for developing and executing the U.S. commercial strategy and leading launch efforts. Responsibilities: lead product positioning, segmentation, messaging, build and develop the marketing team, coordinate cross-functional launch activities with Patient Access, Sales, Medical Affairs, and other teams; establish KPIs and launch metrics; engage with HCPs, patients, and caregivers to inform strategy. Requirements: Bachelor's in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; 12+ years in biotech/pharma marketing, with experience in specialty or rare disease, product launches, and cross-functional leadership; strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
