Responsibilities:
- Define and own the enterprise-wide market insights strategy to support global commercialization and portfolio growth
- Lead and execute market research to inform product launch strategy, lifecycle planning, new product planning, and (as needed) market access strategies; ensure deliverables are actionable and accessible
- Lead cross-functional integration of insights across Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, R&D, and Executive Leadership
- Build and scale the insights function (operating models, processes, tools, governance)
- Oversee and evolve global competitive intelligence strategy (identify and communicate market shifts, threats, and opportunities)
- Partner with Business Development to build market assessments, competitive landscape modeling, value creation theses, and financial modeling
- Develop advanced analytics capabilities integrating primary research, real-world data, and secondary data
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks (e.g., customer engagement, brand tracking) to assess commercial effectiveness
- Lead external partnerships/vendor strategy (selection, governance, optimization)
- Develop and mentor future capabilities/team build-out
- Lead insights efforts for PBH, Wolfram syndrome, PSP, and ALS

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or MBA) preferred
- 12+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech market research, insights, or analytics with increasing responsibility
- Proven experience generating insights across the product lifecycle (early-stage, launch, post-launch)
- Competitive intelligence expertise (conference coverage and competitor synthesis)
- Strong understanding of global market dynamics (U.S. and ex-U.S.)
- Experience building/scaling capabilities, functions, or operating models
- Advanced analytical/strategic thinking; translate data into actionable enterprise decisions
- Exceptional communication and executive presence
- Endocrinology experience preferred
- Strong vendor management, budget oversight, and project management
- Initiative, curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity
