Senior Director Manufacturing Technical Services

Role: Senior Director of Manufacturing Technical Services (MTS) supporting aseptic fill/finish operations for clinical and commercial biopharmaceutical drug products at Regeneron. Responsibilities: lead technical characterization, cycle development, troubleshooting of fill/finish equipment; direct tech transfer activities including clinical and new product introductions; oversee visual inspection programs; manage alarm systems and process monitoring; support regulatory inspections with technical justifications; own CAPA and root cause investigations; build and develop a technical team; communicate risks and technical status to senior leadership. Requirements: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related; 10+ years (Director) or 15+ years (Senior Director) of biopharma manufacturing experience; 5+ or 8+ years specifically in aseptic fill/finish; deep expertise in equipment characterization and troubleshooting; strong regulatory and quality acumen; familiarity with relevant platforms such as Bausch+Ströbel, Seidenader, Harro Hofliger, Körber; automation experience preferred.
