Senior Director, LNP Formulation & Process Development

Role: Senior Director of Lipid Nanoparticle (LNP) Formulation & Process Development, leading LNP formulation, process development, and small-scale production for research and preclinical programs. Responsibilities: establish strategies for LNP formulation across diverse payloads, oversee technical development, troubleshoot, optimize processes, and ensure quality and scalability. Serve as a senior technical interface with clients and partners, support proposals, and lead team development. Qualifications: Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Chemistry, or Biochemistry with 12+ years of relevant industry experience; extensive hands-on expertise in LNP formulation and processing; strong leadership and project management skills.
