Position Responsibilities:
- Partner with Compliance and Legal team members to maintain and enhance infrastructure supporting a culture of compliance and shared accountability.
- Provide project management for legal and compliance operational excellence, including creating metrics/KPIs/dashboards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify policy and guidance needs; develop/refine policies, procedures, and supporting documentation.
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of risk-based compliance training programs tailored to functional audiences.
- Support the annual compliance risk assessment process (data gathering, analysis, and areas for enhancement).
- Provide practical compliance guidance to business stakeholders and support integration of compliance controls into existing business processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including documentation, tracking, and reporting of compliance activities and program effectiveness.
- Maintain current knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidance (e.g., pricing regulations, privacy laws, OIG/DOJ guidance, PhRMA Code, state marketing compliance requirements).
- Lead and execute high-impact legal and compliance projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (JD, MBA, or Master’s) strongly preferred.

Experience & Qualifications:
- 12–15+ years progressive experience in pharmaceutical/biotech compliance, legal, or related functions.
- Experience implementing policy governance frameworks and compliance training programs.
- Strong leadership, organizational awareness, sound judgment, business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments with focus on quality, ethics, and collaboration.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidance.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex and confidential initiatives.
