Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of pricing and contracting strategies for our seasonal flu business, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Account Management to vet and refine strategic options.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to inform strategic recommendations, leveraging market trends, customer insights, and performance data.
- Present clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership, influencing decision-making processes.
- Act as an honest broker, balancing competing viewpoints and aligning diverse stakeholders to drive consensus.
- Support the implementation and pull-through of pricing and contracting strategies with key customers, ensuring smooth execution.
- Continuously monitor performance, gathering feedback and adjusting strategies to optimize results.

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, contracting, marketing, account management or types of strategy roles, ideally with Vaccine experience.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence without authority and align diverse teams.
- Experience working in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment with a focus on strategic outcomes.
