Responsibilities
- Define and maintain global Launch Excellence strategy; develop and execute a multi-year capability roadmap.
- Establish a single source of truth for Cell Therapy launch/lifecycle initiatives; lead governance, portfolio prioritization, and executive escalation.
- Define launch performance measures/KPIs and portfolio health metrics.
- Provide strategic oversight for launch and lifecycle management; ensure launch readiness across development, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and commercial.
- Oversee launch scenario planning, sequencing, resource planning, and risk mitigation; lead forecasting and supply readiness assessments.
- Develop and operationalize a Product Obsolescence Process & Execution Framework (governance, stage gates, escalation, end-to-end playbook).
- Serve as primary interface across Operations, Development, Supply Chain, Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, and Finance; enable global/regional alignment and executive influence.
- Build and lead a high-performing Launch Excellence organization; establish operating model, standards/playbooks/methodologies, training, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.S./B.A. in science/engineering (masterβs/advanced degree preferred); prior cell therapy development experience preferred.
- 15+ years biopharmaceutical experience across relevant functions.
- Demonstrated leadership of complex global product launches and lifecycle management; experience across highly matrixed organizations.
- Strong understanding of Cell Therapy launch readiness, lifecycle management, and supply chain processes.
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders; strong business/financial acumen; critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation, and strategic leadership.
- Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement exposure desirable.
