Senior Director, Laboratory Operations

Role: Senior Director of Laboratory Operations overseeing clinical laboratory and technical functions within a regulated environment. Responsibilities: develop policies, ensure quality and efficiency, manage daily operations, troubleshoot urgent issues, expand infrastructure, lead process improvements, and support new product launches. Lead staffing, training, and performance management to foster a team-oriented culture. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives. Qualifications: BS/BA in biological sciences (MS preferred), 10+ years in lab administration or related fields, including 5+ years of management and high-volume, high-complexity testing experience. Preferred skills: California CLS or CGMBS license, Lean Six Sigma, GMP/GLP/FDA experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in data analysis tools.
