Position Summary
Senior Director, Kevzara US HCP Brand Strategy leads and drives U.S. HCP brand strategy across the full brand lifecycle. Responsible for strategic vision and execution of innovative, data-driven, AI-enabled initiatives to enhance customer engagement, optimize performance, and strengthen competitive positioning in the U.S. No direct people management, but requires influence and cross-functional leadership in a matrix organization, plus financial stewardship to maximize ROI/BOI.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead development and evolution of Kevzara US HCP brand strategy aligned to lifecycle management priorities and long-term ambition.
- Translate clinical, market, and competitive insights into differentiated value propositions for HCP audiences.
- Partner with Medical, Market Access, Insights, Field Leadership, and Global teams for strategic cohesion.
- Drive adoption of advanced digital, omnichannel, analytics, and AI-enabled HCP engagement models.
- Champion experimentation/test-and-learn approaches to accelerate learning and growth.
- Embed predictive analytics, personalization, and automation into HCP marketing.
- Influence and align cross-functional partners on priorities, investment decisions, and performance expectations.
- Serve as a senior thought partner to brand leadership, field teams, and executives.
- Own investment prioritization and uphold ROI/BOI discipline using analytics.
- Partner with Finance and Insights on forecasting assumptions, scenario plans, and performance dashboards.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in biopharma marketing, commercial strategy, or related fields.
- Proven success leading U.S. HCP brand strategy (preferably across multiple lifecycle stages).
- Expertise in digital marketing, omnichannel engagement, analytics, and emerging AI in commercial settings.
- Demonstrated matrix leadership: influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making.
- Experience managing/stewarding significant budgets with ROI-driven optimization.
