Senior Director, IT - Supply Chain Product Line

Role: Senior Director, IT – Supply Chain Product Line, leading global digital and data strategy for Bausch + Lomb's supply chain. Responsibilities: define and execute supply chain IT strategy aligned with enterprise goals; oversee product roadmap, invest in automation, AI/ML, and industry 4.0 innovations; drive system standardization, integration, and resilience; partner with business leaders to deliver impactful technology solutions that enhance forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, and supply continuity; build and lead a high-performing global IT team. Requirements: Bachelor’s in IT, Supply Chain, or related fields; 12+ years in IT, supply chain, or analytics with at least 5 years in leadership within regulated industries; proven experience in large-scale transformation, cloud, AI/ML, automation, and cross-functional program delivery; strong vendor management and compliance knowledge.
