Responsibilities:
- Partner with Corporate Operations, Quality, Finance, HR, Legal, and leadership to define and execute IT strategy aligned to business priorities
- Translate business needs into scalable enterprise solutions for corporate functions
- Lead prioritization and execution of IT initiatives across HRIS, financial systems, and corporate platforms
- Drive implementation/optimization of enterprise applications (ERP, HRIS, and related systems)
- Ensure compliance, security, and data governance across corporate systems
- Manage implementation/enhancement of CRM and patient services platforms
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture and infrastructure for integrated solutions
- Oversee vendor relationships, system implementations, and managed service providers
- Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation and process optimization
- Communicate technology roadmaps, risks, and investment priorities to executives
- Partner with CIO on long-term enterprise technology strategy/roadmap, modernization, platform direction, and architectural guardrails
- Establish scalable architecture operating model (review forums, standards, reference architectures, patterns/reuse, data classification, security-by-design)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (CS/IT/Business or related) and 12+ years progressive IT experience supporting corporate functions (or equivalent)
- Leadership experience in IT business partnering or enterprise systems
- End-to-end ERP and/or HRIS implementation leadership
- Deep knowledge of HR/Finance/corporate systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
- Business analysis methodologies and SDLC proficiency
- Enterprise transformation experience; strong stakeholder management/executive communication; cross-functional and multi-priority management
