Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in related fields, 12+ years of senior supply chain/operations leadership in biotech or pharma, proven experience with global S&OP/IBP processes, and familiarity with biologics or gene therapies. Preferred credentials include a master’s degree, certifications like APICS, and experience with clinical-supply integration. The role demands understanding of biologics supply chains, GxP/regulatory constraints, and the ability to influence in matrixed organizations. It requires approximately 10–25% international travel.
