The Senior Director, Innovative Capabilities – Patient Engagement is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and advancing breakthrough capabilities to transform patient recruitment, retention, and engagement in clinical trials, accelerating medicine development. This role involves collaborating with leaders to uncover unmet needs, assessing potential solutions, and leading proof-of-concept initiatives.

The Senior Director will also partner with Business Development and External Innovation to identify emerging technologies and ensure seamless integration of new capabilities to meet evolving portfolio demands.
