Role: Senior Director for In-Vivo & Non-Clinical Pharmacology, leading digital and analytical capabilities to support non-clinical decision-making in research. Responsibilities: partner with research units (Pharmacology, DMPK, Toxicology, Translational Science) to develop and deploy AI, predictive modeling, and integrated workflows; ensure high-fidelity data capture and flow; lead deployment of GenAI, AI/ML tools for safety, DMPK, histopathology; support regulatory and governance processes; drive operational excellence; build and develop a team of scientific technologists and engineers. Requirements: Ph.D. or Masterβs in Pharmacology, Bioinformatics, Biology, or related; 12+ years in pharma R&D with deep knowledge of in-vivo pharmacology, DMPK/ADME, toxicology, and bioanalytical workflows; proven experience with AI-enabled non-clinical applications; understanding of GLP, IACUC, safety governance; leadership at senior levels.
