Senior Director, In-Vivo & Non-Clinical Pharmacology, Research Business Insights & Technology

Role: Senior Director for In-Vivo & Non-Clinical Pharmacology, leading digital and analytical capabilities to support non-clinical decision-making in research across in-vivo biology, DMPK, ADME, toxicology, and bioanalytical sciences. Responsibilities: partner with research scientific leaders to develop and deploy AI, predictive modeling, and integrated workflows that enhance candidate progression confidence, improve evidence reuse, and support safety and translational modeling; ensure high-quality data capture and flow; lead a team of AI/ML engineers and application specialists; collaborate with data and development teams to streamline non-clinical data and study governance. Requirements: 12-15+ years in pharma R&D with deep expertise in preclinical pharmacology, DMPK/ADME, toxicology, bioanalytical workflows; proven leadership at Director or Senior Director level; experience deploying AI/ML solutions in regulated non-clinical environments; advanced degree in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, or Bioinformatics (Ph.D. preferred). High-Value: focus on non-clinical sciences, AI-enabled predictive safety, in silico modeling, histopathology image AI, regulated GLP-adjacent environments, and global matrixed organizational experience.
