Senior Director, Immunology Data & AI Systems

Role: Senior Director of Immunology Data & AI Systems leading data science and digital health initiatives within Johnson & Johnson's Immunology R&D. Objectives: accelerate Immunology pipeline via AI-driven data products, standardize and integrate diverse immunology datasets, and enable impactful AI applications. Responsibilities: oversee development of scalable data products and AI solutions, lead a technical team, define data roadmaps across discovery to real-world evidence, collaborate on data governance and ontologies, and drive adoption of data capabilities within Immunology. Requirements: PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or related; 10+ years industry experience; expertise in high-dimensional multi-modal immunology datasets (omics, imaging, clinical, RWE); proven leadership in data product lifecycle; strong strategic and communication skills. Preferred: experience in life sciences or healthcare sectors; familiarity with immunology ontologies (e.g., CDISC, FHIR); stakeholder influence in complex organizations. High-Value: focus on immunology, biologics/modalities, translational and clinical data, enterprise data integration, AI deployment. Work setup: onsite at Spring House PA, Cambridge MA, Titusville NJ, Raritan NJ, or San Diego CA; occasional travel.
