Senior Director, Immunology Data & AI Systems

Role: Senior Director of Immunology Data & AI Systems leading data science initiatives to accelerate J&J's Immunology R&D through AI-driven data products. Responsibilities: oversee development and deployment of scalable AI applications, standardize high-value immunology data assets (preclinical, translational, clinical, RWE), lead a technical team, define data product roadmaps, collaborate with data governance and knowledge management teams, and promote data literacy within Immunology. Requirements: PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Biomedical Engineering or related field; 10+ years in industry experience with expertise in multi-modal immunology datasets, data product lifecycle management, and team leadership. Preferred: experience in healthcare or pharma sectors, familiarity with immunology ontologies, metadata standards (e.g., CDISC, FHIR, NCI Thesaurus), and stakeholder influence.
