Main Responsibilities:
- Architect and own Heplisav B brand strategy and long-term vision to establish market leadership and enterprise-level growth.
- Define Heplisav B strategic roadmap and go-to-market framework aligned to enterprise objectives.
- Drive seamless integration, enterprise synergies, and cross-franchise alignment.
- Lead enterprise-wide strategic alignment on Heplisav B strategy, priorities, and performance.
- Lead growth initiatives to continuously optimize brand performance.
- Own full P&L accountability for Heplisav B; translate market dynamics into strategic insights and investment decisions.
- Define and lead performance management against comprehensive KPIs.
- Architect path-to-plan and influence enterprise resource allocation and investments.
- Identify strategic efficiencies to optimize performance, resources, and competitiveness.
- Lead cross-functional executive partnerships to drive transformational growth and end-to-end execution.

- Build and lead high-performing teams; mentor and develop future leaders.
- Contribute to broader portfolio strategy (precision marketing, franchise prioritization, trade-offs) as part of US Marketing & Commercial Strategy.
- Develop digital/consumer marketing strategies using AI (as appropriate) to accelerate adoption.

About You:
Education:
- Required: Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Strongly preferred: Masterโ€™s degree (MBA or related).

Required Experience & Skills:
- 12โ€“15+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare/vaccine marketing, sales, or strategy with progression into strategic leadership.
- Proven brand strategy leadership delivering market leadership and enterprise results.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen; ability to anticipate market dynamics and architect solutions at enterprise scale.
- Ability to lead/influence in complex matrix organizations and at executive levels (C-suite/board).
- Demonstrated full P&L accountability at significant scale.
- Advanced data analytics/business intelligence to translate insights into executive decisions.
- Experience leading enterprise cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
- Experience managing agencies/vendors/partnerships.
- Expertise navigating legal/regulatory/medical review for promotional materials.
- Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, organizational leadership, and executive communication.
