Senior Director, Head of Site Feasibility and Enablement, Americas

Role: Head of Site Feasibility and Enablement, Americas within GCO, responsible for defining and executing site feasibility, engagement, and enrollment strategies across clinical development in the region. Responsibilities: develop regional feasibility plans using data analytics and external intelligence; establish and maintain strategic investigator site relationships; lead patient recruitment forecasting and risk mitigation; drive continuous process improvements and innovative enablement approaches; oversee cross-functional teams in site selection, activation, and enrollment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare field; 12+ years of experience in feasibility, clinical trial management, and operations; strong expertise in country/site identification, data analysis, and trial optimization tools; proven leadership in clinical operations, with experience managing global teams.
