Role: Senior Director, Head of R&D Resource Management, responsible for defining and executing the global R&D resource strategy, optimizing capacity allocation, and fostering data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include establishing an integrated operational model connecting R&D functions, implementing advanced analytics and AI for demand forecasting, overseeing deployment of workforce planning tools like Named Allocation, and leading global portfolio reporting and scenario analysis. The role requires strategic stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, balancing resource supply and demand across therapeutic areas.
Qualifications: Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Business, Data Analytics, or related; advanced degrees (Masterβs, MBA, Ph.D.) preferred. Minimum 12+ years in biopharma R&D leadership, with 6-8 years in enterprise resource management, portfolio analytics, or capacity planning. Proven experience with enterprise portfolio management software (Planisware preferred), AI/ML predictive tools, and leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
