Senior Director, Head of PV Science

Role: Senior Director of PV Science and Aggregate Reports leading pharmacovigilance operations for Alnylam's RNAi therapeutics pipeline. Responsibilities: oversee PV Science team and aggregate report specialists; develop and manage safety risk systems; ensure timely, compliant safety aggregate reports (DSURs, PSURs, line listings); collaborate across functions (Regulatory, Medical, Safety) on risk management, signaling, and safety documentation; lead audits, inspections, and process improvements. Requirements: Master/PhD in medical/scientific discipline; 12+ years pharma experience with 8+ in drug safety; 5+ years team management; extensive PV regulatory knowledge (US, EU, LATAM, APAC); proficiency with Argus, signaling tools, regulatory inspections; strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills. Preferred: experience in RNAi therapeutics, rare diseases, global safety operations.
