Senior Director, Head of Commercialization Data and AI Delivery

Role: Senior Director, Head of Commercialization Data & AI Delivery, overseeing platform migration and building internal capabilities for BMS's commercial data & AI functions. Responsibilities: lead a major Databricks platform migration, establish and operate standards for data and AI delivery, manage a US and India-based engineering team, develop stakeholder relationships with senior leaders across Commercial, Medical, and Market Access, and evolve external delivery into internal capacity. Qualifications: 15+ years in data engineering, platform, or technology delivery, with at least 10+ years in leadership managing sizable engineering teams; experience leading platform transitions and managing external vendors through internalization; working knowledge of cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake); experience building distributed and offshore teams; preferred industry experience in pharma, life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries; bachelor's degree in a technical field, advanced degree a plus. High-Value: focus on cloud data platforms (Databricks), platform migration, AI/ML, analytics, regulated industry experience.
