Role: Senior Director, Head of Clinical Development Learning & CoE, responsible for strategy and leadership of global clinical capability development, organizational learning, and integration across therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: lead a multidisciplinary team, define CoE strategy, oversee clinical data intelligence and medical monitoring innovation, develop technical curricula, and collaborate with enterprise standards bodies. Focus on modernizing medical monitoring, advancing digital tools, and aligning clinical science with operational standards. Candidate must have at least 5 years as a Clinical Scientist, with experience in learning/development, and a strong background in clinical trial design, data review, and medical monitoring.
