Senior Director, Head of Clinical Development Learning & Center of Excellence

Role: Senior Director, Head of Clinical Development Learning & CoE, leading global clinical capability development, organizational learning, and innovative data/monitoring practices across therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: direct and develop a high-performing international team; set strategic vision and governance; oversee clinical data analytics, digital tools, and medical monitoring innovation; align clinical learning with operational standards; foster collaboration with enterprise learning functions; and support organizational effectiveness between Clinical Scientists and Directors. Qualifications: PhD/PharmD with 8+ years or Master's with 12+ or Bachelor's with 15+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years as a Clinical Scientist in pharma or clinical development; proven experience in learning and development, curriculum design, and leadership in matrixed environments. High-Value: expertise in clinical data review, medical monitoring, digital innovation, and organizational capability building within pharmaceutical/clinical environments. Work setup: hybrid; travel ~25%.
