Senior Director, Head Launch Excellence

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; 22-26 years of extensive biopharmaceutical commercial experience, with a proven track record in multiple product launches, launch readiness, and multi-market execution. Demonstrated leadership in team building, cross-functional influence, and strategic operational judgment. Desired skills include expertise in global and local marketing, digital tools, automation, stakeholder influence, and project management.
