What Youโll Do
- Serve as U.S. HCP lead to develop HCP strategy, design creative campaigns, develop messaging, and coordinate customer experience to meet HCP practices/systems while overcoming treatment barriers.
- Lead marketing efforts to educate and activate transplant nephrologists and associated HCPs for the first therapy indicated for AMR and MVI; manage teams for branded and disease education initiatives; collaborate cross-functionally and across channels.
- Help design and implement the 3-year brand roadmap as part of the franchise leadership team, focusing on improved education, activation, and market maturation; define market development and customer experience strategies.
- Deliver omnichannel marketing plan to proactively grow product adoption and shape the market (education, scientific exchange/relationship building, evidence generation, and broader HCP ecosystem engagement).
- Collaborate with global partners on brand identity/positioning and deliver unbranded campaigns.
- Partner with Business Intelligence and Operations to drive insights on targeted physician audiences.
- Assess competition in AMR/MVI and identify opportunities to refine strategy amid rapidly changing market dynamics.
- Build and develop a team to support preparation and execution of branded campaigns; serve on the US Launch Operating Team.
- Manage budgets and agency partners.
Who You Are
- Hands-on, cross-functional leader with strong HCP marketing and launch experience in rare/complex specialty conditions; US commercial expertise.
Required Skills
- Bachelorโs degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 12+ years commercial experience; 8+ years marketing/adjacent in pharma/biotech with launch experience.
- Knowledge of US promotional regulatory guidelines and ability to navigate MLR.
- Omnichannel campaign design (media plans, data/insight, 3-year customer engagement strategy).
- Strong leadership; perform in fast-paced environments; influence without authority.
- Project/vendor management, resource allocation, fiscal management.
- Experience leading direct and matrixed teams.
- Travel up to 25%.
