Key Responsibilities
- Evolve global pricing & market access (P&MA) strategy for povetacicept across cross-functional, cross-regional commercialization processes.
- Ensure global market access launch readiness for IgA nephropathy (IgAN), including differentiated payer value communications and supportive training.
- Lead evolution of global price and market access strategy in IgAN; partner to develop integrated evidence plans for launch and over time.
- Develop P&MA strategies for future indications/portfolio (LCM/portfolio strategy, including indication sequencing), supported by payer insights and global payer plans.
- Identify, prioritize, and champion evidence for access-enabling trials and value optimization.
- Provide payer-represented leadership within the Global Commercial Model; contribute to Commercialization Strategy and Disease Strategy teams.
- Lead cross-portfolio capability building and thought leadership for a rapidly evolving global payer environment.
- Lead cross-functionally/cross-regionally across Market Access, HEOR, Real World Evidence, Government Affairs, and Public Policy to deliver access goals.
- Provide hands-on development of strategic/tactical deliverables; manage 2 direct reports.

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (life sciences preferred); post-graduate preferred.
- 12+ years in biotech/pharma; 5+ years supervisory/management preferred.
- Deep knowledge of US and ex-US healthcare systems; experience in global/specialty disease launches in competitive markets with potential multi-indication expansion a plus.
- Strategic, analytical; strong quantitative skills; experience applying pricing/reimbursement/HEOR principles.
- Excellent written/oral communication; ability to present to all levels.
- Strong cross-functional, cross-geography collaboration; commercialization/drug development experience.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills; ethics and fit with core values.

Pay Range
- $240,000–$360,000 base; eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards.
