Senior Director, Global Supply Chain Planning

Role: Senior Director of Global Supply Planning, responsible for developing and executing end-to-end supply chain strategies supporting late-stage clinical and commercial oncology programs. Objectives include building scalable planning capabilities for small molecule drug substance, drug product, and packaging, ensuring reliable global delivery. Responsibilities encompass leading S&OP and D&OP processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Clinical Supply Chain, CMC, Quality, Regulatory), managing demand-supply balancing, inventory strategies, risk management, and implementing digital planning tools. Requirements: B.S. in Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry, or related; 20+ years in pharma/biotech supply chain management with expertise in planning, inventory, and launch support; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred: experience with small molecule manufacturing, oral solid dose products, supply chain systems, ERP implementations, and commercial manufacturing knowledge. The role reports directly to senior leadership, emphasizing strategic oversight and operational excellence in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
